For those a little older - over 27 - rowing is an ideal low impact sport that is both social and improves your fitness. We encourage the masters group to row recreationally and to attend the few masters regattas that are put on in the area. There are up to three rowing sessions per week, all year round, with one coached session per week. We row at 'sensible times' i.e. we dont have 6am starts!
